The Performance Formula

Great problem solvers are made, not born.  They learn to adopt an open and out of the ordinary mindset and use a methodical process to look at it.  They manage to do this under any condition.  

One of the keys to operating in uncertain environments is the awareness that our knowledge is always provisional and incomplete and that it might require updating considering new evidence - I find that this allows us to be curious and open and about what is possible!
