Introduction to Leadership and Management!

Hi my name is Kerry, and I am your Lead Trainer.  

This session is an Introduction to Leadership and Management and will look at the essential skills all good leaders and managers should have.

Safe Space:  To explore your leadership personality, characteristics, and development opportunities. 

There is no one cap fits all style of leadership and different approaches may be better suited to certain situations.

Learning about this will enable you to grow more effectively within your role and enhance your capability to develop your team and increase performance.
