Introduction To Leadership and Management was created to develop confidence in delegates capabilities as a leader and manager.

A 3.5 hour group training session delivered online that has been specifically designed to maximise participant engagement and interaction.

Throughout the session we specialise on making the content relevant and discuss and share how it can be applied after the session.
