Conflict Management and Resolution will look at how to prevent and handle conflicts that occur in the workplace. We create a safe space to explore the common causes and signs of conflict and the most effective techniques and strategies for handling and resolving conflict.
It is important to note that conflict can make us feel uncomfortable and that is a normal response and learning how to communicate or what support you have available will help you to face into those challenges.
