'Fantastic Friday' delivering Train the Trainer to a wonderful group.
The session was fun and dynamic with lots of interaction.
I'm a big fan of role play, my sports background has always incorporated deliberate practise.
During FriYaY's T.T.T we 'applied' new learnings / theories to role specific scenarios and gave ourselves permission to make mistakes in a safe environment.
I often find we experience a higher level of learning when making mistakes, the.........??moment!
