Personality is everything you are, your values, motivations, emotions, beliefs, habits attitudes and much more. Therefore, making it challenging to measure.
What DISC is:
Set the scene: This session is to enable participants to grow an understanding on how behaviour can influence effective communication
Safe Space: To explore each DISC profile and the behaviours, preferences, and communication styles within in.
It is important to note early on: That DISC focuses on behaviour not emotions. DISC does not have a right or wrong, good, or bad philosophy. All styles have strengths and limitations, and all styles are uniquely positive.
Learning about this will enable you and your team to benefit from improved communication, behavioural flexibility, productive meetings, cooperation and reduced misunderstanding and conflict.
