How many times have you said the following?
Sound familiar? It’s ‘OK’ and perfectly normal to have said any if not all of the above statements at some point or another.
What is important is the length of time that is spent in these un-resourceful states.
When your internal dialogue tips into ‘Stinking Thinking’ or you feel like a ‘Negative Nelly’ it can create the feeling of being STUCK however rest assured, as this is not permanent even though it may feel like it at the time.
So the million-dollar question is…

Stay strong and believe in yourself as the answer is within you.
It’s easily done. STOP IT. Search and find a positive and hold onto it. Start reminding yourself about what you do like and more importantly WHY you like it.
Use your peripheral vision. Spend times on the multiple other things that are going on around you. You do not need to pour all your energy into one circumstance.
When you feel stuck go to your notebook and remind yourself of your starting point, your intentions and purpose.
Ask yourself the question: “Will the end result be worth it?” If the answer is YES then it’s time to keep moving.
If the answer is NO then you need to understand what has changed and why. Potentially a tweaking of your goal is in order.
There is a fine line between talking out a problem with the aim to fixing it or simply MOANING about your situation. I have news for you, moaning will not fix anything, FACT. Use your energy to focus on FIXING (solutions) and not adding fuel to provoke the problem fire.
